Stepper and Servo Controllers

All our indexers and hubs can be associated to our standard torque or high torque stepper motors and drives, or to our servo motors and drives.

Standalone Indexers

Programmable indexer Si-1
Si-1

The T/PSi-1 Indexer is reliable, versatile and easy to use. The programming terminal is built-in to simplify wiring and set up. All configuration is menu driven, the user simply picks a program, and the Si-1 will request the parameters it needs. The T/PSi-1 is CE compliant. Once configured, the Si-1 waits for a trigger pulse to begin the program. This pulse can come from a momentary contact switch or from a logic source like a computer, PLC or another Si-1.

Programmable motor control Si-100
Si-100

The T/PSi-100 is a programmable motor control suitable for a wide range of motion control applications.

It includes our easy to use Si Programmer™ Windows software for the rapid development of stand-alone motion control programs. The T/PSi-100 can also be commanded in real time from a host PC or PLC, using the Si Command Language™ (SCL).

For multi-axis applications, up to eight Si™ products (Stepper or Servo) can be networked using the SiNet™ Hub, fulfilling the exact requirements of your application.

The T/PSi-100 includes eight optically isolated programmable inputs for triggering, branching, position sensing and end of travel detection. Three optically isolated programmable outputs can send signals to other electronic devices and activate relays. High speed, differential step & direction outputs are provided for easy interfacing to industry popular step and servo motor drives.

Multi-axis hubs

T/PSiNet™ Hub 444 Hub Multi-Axis Motion Hub with I/O
Networks up to 4 axes

SiNet Hub 444
SiNet Hub 444

The T/PSiNet™ Hub 444 allows up to 4 Stepper or Servo Si™ drives to be controlled in host mode from a single PC or PLC’s RS-232 serial port or will run in stand-alone mode.

Each indexer-drive acquires its unique address from the port to which it is connected. This simple addressing scheme minimizes the cost of the drives, and more importantly, the cost of configuring and/or replacing drives in your system. Connections are made with low cost, reliable telephone cabling.

Any of our popular, cost effective programmable Stepper or Servo Si™ drives or Si™ motor controls can be used with the SiNet™ Hub 444. By choosing the power level and features you need for each axis of your application, SiNet™ can provide a cost effective single or multi-axis motion solution.
